Things like mass shootings are not suppose to happen in America at an Army base. But they do.

Seems like a lot was know about this guy, except by the Army.

It's so sad, too. There was NO need for any of this to happen, and when our own leader LAUGHS about it, it makes me ill. I hope the guy gets the death penalty. He needs to pay for hurting our guys.
