New War Tax for the Wealthy and Probably the Rest of Us

Labor Secretary Solis testifies on labor issues to House Committee in Washington

"Rep. David Obey, a Wisconsin Democrat and the chairman of the House Appropriations Committee, is the latest lawmaker to call for a new tax aimed at the rich to pay for a troop increase in Afghanistan."

The additional tax  would apply to those making more than $200,000 or $250,000. But don't hold your breath, we all will be next.  More taxes, are coming.  And this weak administration, continues to blame Bush.

White House Budget Director Peter Orszag has estimated that each additional soldier in Afghanistan could cost $1 million, for a total that could reach $40 billion if 40,000 more troops are added.
This cannot be right, just more legal stealing by the government.  Trying to get money they do not deserve.

If you have a job, just send in your pay check  to the IRS, they get most of it already. Then give away what you own, and go on welfare.  You'll get free heath care, now, not in 2012.  Free food stamps. Free clothes for kids, and maybe day care. Maybe  Federal subsidized apartment payments. You may qualify for your local utility to pay for some of your electricity and heat.  Contact ACORN, they know more tricks than I do.

Obama and the Congress can cut spending, but no,  they want to tax the rich.  I  guess its  easier for them.

But there will be a price to pay. This move could cost Obama his next election.

Washington officials do not always pay their taxes.

But they have the gall to ask us to pay an additional tax.  What an outrage.
