Pfizer to pay record $2.3B penalty for drug promos

WASHINGTON — Federal prosecutors hit Pfizer Inc. with a record-breaking $2.3 billion in fines Wednesday and called the world's largest drugmaker a repeating corporate cheat for illegal drug promotions that plied doctors with free golf, massages, and resort junkets.

    What were you thinking of?

    Err......one more question, Do you make pharmaceuticals, or are you in the hospitality industry of doctors now? How pathetic!

  2. The executives at Pfizer who approved and sanctioned the wrong doing should give up their salaries and any bonuses and perks, to help pay for the cost of the fines. Then they should be fired.
